AAC Plant Machinery
MOULD
The mould is a structural hollow squre necessary for moulding of AAC mixture.Moulds are accurately designed with sharp and right angled corner. It is made with MS steel. It is designed with appropriate dimension taper allowance to facilitate smooth demoulding of the cake and to save the trimming volume around the corner of the mould . The thickness of inner wall is ideal in size. Moulds are easy to move and handle . These are moved using track system and opend by demoulder.
SLURRY GEAR BOX
The slurry gear boxes are essential for jerk load. This box is designed for heavy duty and continuous RPM. The roller bearing,axial thurst and agigator are the key elements of gear box.
WIRE CUTTING MACHINE
Specific cutting of AAC batter cake is very vital stage in block making.Cutting machine is the main equipment of aerated concrete block production.
- Machine massif dimension(H/L/W) : 1800/1600/1900 mm or machine size depends on mould cover size
- Power capacity required : 4 HP
- Size of total mould block(L/W/H) : 1200*1200*625 or 850 mm (In which size : 0.9 mm block cube can be cut)
- Material required : Only fly ash cement blocks can be cut
- Actual output : 8 to 10 hours or depend on casting
- Operating mode : Automatic
- Operating time for machine : 3 to 5 min
- Operating staff: 3 to 5 persons
SILO
- Proper storage of fly ash in a quantitative manner and its discharge in a systemic way is very essential.
- Silo are useful in such aspect.
- These are hollow ,vertically mounted structures with MS steel body.
- These silos are corrosive resistance.
AUTOCLAVE
- Autoclave is used for giving best strength to the AAC block
- Pressurized water steam inside the autoclave chamber provides ideal curing to AAC cake.
- Designed, manufactured & tasted in acordance with latest version ASME boiler & pressure vessal code and/or customer requirments.
- Manufacturing in SA-516 GR 70 or equivalent international grade & as per customer requirment.
- Quick open door with leak proof gasket sealing.
- Full readiography of weld joints. The insulation & metal cladding work is optional.
CONTROL PANEL AND OTHER SYSTEM
Control panel plays head roll in whole AAC plant operation. Accuracy in sensor and signalling is maintained ideally for smooth and safe command.
